Behind FloorPower is a father and son team, combining decades of industry experience with a modern, design-led approach.

The business was founded by my father, who has spent over 40 years in the electrical industry across wholesale, lighting design, and the design and supply of sockets and switches. His reputation has been built on one principle: creating practical solutions and standing behind them.

Together we lead the day-to-day running of FloorPower – shaping the brand, the online experience, and how we work with designers, architects, and specifiers – while drawing on my father’s depth of technical knowledge, design discipline, and manufacturing expertise.

This structure matters. It means FloorPower isn’t dependent on a single individual, and it isn’t driven by short-term thinking. It’s a business built for continuity, accountability, and long-term partnerships.

We’ve kept FloorPower intentionally small.
Not to limit ambition, but to protect quality. Every product we release is something we’d specify ourselves, install ourselves, and confidently recommend.
